Mit Pitour hat Maria Oberfrank ein Label etabliert, das für ein fein ausbalanciertes Gespür zwischen aktuellem Trend und dezent-puristischer Eleganz für Frau und Mann steht. Besonderes Highlight sind die stets mit experimentellem Einfallsreichtum ausgeführten Details, viele davon gefertigt in Handarbeit. Ein weiteres „Pitour-Markenzeichen“: Asymmetrie, das Ausloten mehrerer Tragemöglichkeiten jedes Teils sowie die Wahl außergewöhnlicher Stoffe und Farbkombinationen. Damit drehen sich vermeintlich einfache Schnitte immer wieder in Richtung Glamour, Luxus oder charmante Ironie und ergeben eine gekonnte Kombination aus mitteleuropäischer Nüchternheit und Übermut.

Damit liefert Pitour einmal mehr eine Momentaufnahme des Zeitgeistes, die perfekt zwischen Business und Party platziert ist. Das Label umfasst neben Kleidung auch Accessoires sowie Schmuck.

Das Label Pitour ist im von Maria Oberfrank begründeten Shop & Showroom Combinat seit 2005 im MuseumsQuartier Wien erhältlich, der allein aufgrund seines speziellen Ambientes einen Besuch wert ist. Seit 2009 tritt die ehemalige Helmut Lang Studentin an der Hochschule für Angewandte Kunst, Wien auch mit ihren Partnerinnen Elvyra Geyer und Zigi Mueller-Matyas von creative-headz mit der ‚MQ Vienna Fashion Week’ auf, bei der sich seither regelmäßig heimische und internationale DesignerInnen auf dem Runway präsentieren. Weitere Projekte, wie etwa der von ihr initiierte "Summer of Fashion" von 2012 im MQ Wien, tragen ihre Handschrift.

With her lbrand Pitour Maria Oberfrank has established a label that stands for a finely balanced feel between the current trend and discreetly pure elegance for men and women. A special highlight are the details always performed with experimental ingenuity, many of them made ​by hand. Another Pitour-trademark is asymmetry, the exploration of multiple options of wearing each part as well as the choice of extraordinary fabrics and color combinations. So seemingly simple cuts turn again towards glamor, luxury and charming irony and give a skillful combination of soberness with a hint of Central European style-mix.

Thus Pitour delivers once more a snapshot of the zeitgeist that is perfectly placed between business and party. The label includes clothing and accessories as well as jewelry.

The label Pitour is available in her own shop & showroom Combinat in the Museum Quartier Wien, founded in 2005 and worth a visit simply because of its special historical/modern atmosphere. As former Helmut Lang student at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna she founded MQ VIENNA FASHION WEEK in 2009 with her 2 partners Elvyra Geyer and Zigi Mueller-Matyas Austrian and international designer present their collections regularly on the runway. Other projects, such as `Fashion'von Summer of 2012 at the MQ Vienna, bear her signature.
